I recently completed the 501 Plan. Debt free, what a great feeling.
About a year and a half ago, I contacted your service to help me with
my debts due to a bad divorce.
Right from the start my counselor was just a wonderful person
to work with during such a stressful, difficult time for me. To trust “a stranger”
with my personal things bothered me at first, but my counselor made
that easy and I trusted her 100%.
She was very detailed, honest, informative and always up to
date on everything that was going on with my account. She kept me in the loop and always
advised me immediately whenever new information was available or just
to let me know “what’s up”. After a few months of starting with
the plan, I had confidence I did the right thing and felt very
comfortable. It was nice to be
worry free.
I liked that I could E-mail my counselor at any time and she would always
respond in less than a few hours.
I could ask any question and she always had the right
answers. She is a great asset
to your company. Your service
is wonderful and I will definitely recommend it to anyone I know that
may need help with debt.

enough how very helpful and understanding she was. She has shown
professionalism, understanding and much patience without making me
feel like an idiot. I am so pleased. In today’s world of people

I want to thank you for starting a company for people like us. I did
not want to file Bankruptcy but couldn’t handle my monthly
