Housing   American Credit Alliance, Inc. is an approved and certified PHFA (Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency) housing counseling agency. ACA provides the following: Credit Counseling Home buying Education Foreclosure Prevention Homebuyer Education is provided to buyers with a FICO score lower than 660. Buyers with a FICO credit score lower than 660 are required to attend a course prior to closing on their loan. ACA has a number of counseling initiatives that cover topics such as homeownership, predatory lending identity theft and foreclosure prevention.
