What
is Credit Counseling?
Credit counseling
provides individuals with overextended credit an alternative to filing
bankruptcy. By having a solid relationship with credit card issuing banks
and major retailers, ACA is able to provide a program that reduces your
monthly payment to an amount that you can afford while mantaining your
lifestyle. By consolidating all of your outstanding credit balances into
one low monthly payment, ACA's 501 Debt Management plan enables you to gain
control of your indebtedness and begin an orderly liquidation of your
debts.
What if I decide to enroll?
From the day you decide to participate in this program, ACA will start
dealing directly with your creditors; interest and late fees may be reduced
or even eliminated. You will no longer receive threatening letters or
telephone calls from creditors or collection agencies. In fact, ACA's
intervention on your behalf is viewed positively by your creditors,
allowing for re-establishment of your credit in the future.
How do I enroll?
Call ACA and speak with one of our knowledgeable counselors regarding your
situation. There is absolutely no cost or obligation for this consultation
and all information is strictly confidential. You may enroll online, by
mail, or fax from the privacy of your own home. You simply need to supply
us with your current bills along with your consent . . . and we will do the
rest. Click Here to Start Your Application.
It's your move . . . help is just a telephone call
away.
