What is the 501 Plan?
If
your credit card debts have become too large to handle, then the
501 Plan is for you. This program will provide you with an
alternative to defaulting on credit cards or filing bankruptcy,
while preserving or reestablishing your good credit. The 501 Plan
does not involve borrowing money or using your home as collateral.
Most programs are based upon an aggressive schedule for eliminating
your higher balances and higher interest rate accounts first.
